    What bike?

    Hi all,

Im posting on behalf of my Father who has 'issues' with Computers.

After taking him to Pukekohe yesterday (shite it was hot), hes after something louder, larger capacity and different to the Bike he has at the mo (Triumph America Cruiser)

Hes a Norton man too, however he had to give his dommie up (now mine), as after years of hard yakka slaving his guts out as a Builder, both knees are shot meaning he can no longer kick over a Bike, or get his leg over the back of anything too high (the Triumph made sense at the time)

But as I said, hes after something different.

Im thinking a lowered 850 Commando with Corbin seat and electric start ('ala' Colorado norton works style) http://www.coloradonortonworks.com/about/gallery.asp
-I know deep down hes still into Nortys.

    or maybe a guzzi

or heavens forbid maybe even a Suzi SV1000 or 650 (I believe they have a relatively low seat height)
I know theyre Jappas, but they could possibly be the ticket...

Any other ideas would be appreciated - I would love to help him out with his little issue

    cheers

Seriously good looking and purposely designed for riders needing (or wanting) a lower seat height.

Have you considered the Yamaha TDM 900 ? Nice big twinny twin , and sort of old schooly , in a modern way . Dunno how high the seat is, but.
