There sure as hell would be a lot of delincuints buying and riding bikes even if it was made illegal I know that much.

Fark letting the govt tell you what your kids can and cant do for fun (within reason of course). My kids will be riding bikes if they want to

eating a bike wouldnt be very good for your weigth hell half the kids would only wieght half as much as the bike ( then again we are talkin bout the land of the golden arches)
