Cheers DD, will do, and SDU, my rattler only gets 210 (commuting) to 230-240 (open road) before the light comes on (and even then it's only about 50 more kms before she's dry. Found that out).

Strange ay. Maybe at the factory, my bike was slipped a 17 litre tank instead of the 22 litre one by mistake !!!
I mean to say, Guzzi quality control back in the early 2000's wasn't the best......

It's funny how one V11 is never the same as the other -another part off the Guzzi charm.
I've been empty at 260 relying on mates to get me fuel once & made 300 another day before fueling. My light comes on around 240 normally I like to fill at 280 to be sure.
