No, no, no, you've all got it wrong.

You drive or ride on the road at your own risk and there are no deliberate or stupid acts on the road. There are only accidents.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

    Accidental stupid/deliberate acts
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

Its all his (Mr. Hunt's) fault, he should have known better than to let his wife out - maybe he forgot to lock the door?

I'm sorry, I know this is a serious thread, and I usually try to stay well clear of these. But since when is Phil Collins slumming it for the Daily Herald?

There should already be a fucking law against this shit.
I thought there was a law making this an offence?

They could be charged with dangerous driving causing death, but a charge like Vehicular Homicide or Manslaughter would be better. Any comments from the Plods among us?

So much holier than thou' talking on this thread, like all motorcyclists are innocent of doing stupid things. We are just 'fortunate" that we are usually the only ones paying for our stupidity.

Take the "vehicular homicide" theory a step further, how are you gonna like it when they start ramping up the severity of prosecutions for single bike accidents? Just ride over the 'taka's on a sunny Sunday and check out some of the idiot bikers up there, the fuck knuckles would give the chick painting her nails a run for her money in the stupidity stakes.

got pulled up by a cop last week and warned for splitting, struck me a bit hypocritical at the time cause when I rode past him he was tapping away on his phone, maybe he was pissed off cause i scared him and made him drop his coffee and donuts
