I've been having trouble accessing Internet sites from home for three weeks now. I'm on Dialup with Paradise.net (TelstraClear). It's not a connection problem, it's an IP packet routing problem.

Work (Telecom I think) is also having Internet outages.

Something major is happening somewhere.

Had Telstra ring home last night asking how satisfied I was with the web. I said recently that performance has been very slow and many sites/services had no response. They therefore recommended that my household upgrade to boardband because it's quicker etc ... sorry pal, I didn't fall of the last tree and know this won't solve the problem. Those cheeky buggers trying this sort of scam on their own user base

Every three months Telestra rings me up asking to switch to broadband and very frequently I get direct marketed with broadband promotional material in the post

What's this accessing KB at work ? I thought it was just me that did that. I'll have to see if I can get it blocked for all but very special people when I am there next week lol

Humph, For some reason my KB screws up sometime eg its doing it now:

*None of the drop down menus work at the top eg. Chat

*Quick reply doesn't work

*Little smiles on reply don't work (if I click on them)

*All the Text options at the top of reply don't work

Will list anything else that I think of
