Sorry to hear this. The 11.30 start last week was a Sunday ride I put on for Jim2 and others. We don't ride as a group on Sunday, as a rule. I am not riding at all this week due to good old fashioned Family stuff.

The missus and I are taking the Trumpy out, and will be having lunch at the Chook & Filly (Maraekakaho) about midday, and after that go for a ride, if anyone wants to meet us there.

We just have to be at my folk's house at Te Awanga about 3ish, aside from that whatever....

    Another good day for it!

It would be nice to celebrate Easter with a ride, but all the grandies want their easter eggs. Good food out there at the Chook & Filly

Another great day for the bike again.
Just caught you out the corner of my eye turning off.
Thanks for keeping pace behind the young fella.
Gave the missus a thrill down the Patangata straight, 220k. She said she felt like she was going to be blown off the back.
    Naked bikes and wind!!!

The Chook & Filly cafe is starting to turn into a weekend drop in spot for bikers now. I've noticed quite a few there in the weekends now.
    Once again another good feed.

I'm all biked out now. Most weekend riding I've done for ages.
Almost sure I'll keep the Trumpy now, enjoyed it so much.
Will spend tommorrow relaxing, mucking about, not going anywhere.
Anyone out cruising my way is welcome for a brew etc.
    163 Tait Rd
Maraekakaho, 3km past Chook & Filly cafe on right.

aaah, it sounds like you guys had so much fun!
I seem to have to share my bike with Zac, so he can get to work, or stay home looking after him 'cos he's crook!
    Life is so unfair
Maybe tomorrow will be my lucky day!

Got to take advantage of the fine weather eh?
Next thing you know, the doom and gloom of cold winter days will be here.
    Mount your steed for tommorrow!

I think the new Duc will be much more suitable for the pillon, but she loves the Trumpy and does'nt mind the tiny perch behind me at all.

No family today mate, just us two chilling out, and mucking around. Might get the tractor going, and watch the bikers go past on HW50.

Nice to hear from you Alice. Was worried you had flown the coup.

I hope to make it today but will have to leave early as I have more goats to deal with.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
