Garage sale - Bikes, tools, more...wtn

Since we're going away (www.russiantraverse.co.nz) it's time to sell all our stuff...

We've got a collection of motorcycle and non-motorcycle related gear.

The biggest items are a table saw and air compressor. The table saw is a good quality German made 300 mm direct drive job with a slide and guide. It's got a nice linbide blade on it too. New replacement would be about 1500 - 1700. It's a few years old but works very well. I want about $500 for it.

The air compressor is a 2.5 hp NZ made (hi-eff) parallel twin belt drive unit with a regulator hoses and some tools for it too. Plenty grunty enough for painting etc. It's used but still works very well. Not sure what it's worth. Maybe $400 including everything?

Motorcycle stuff includes a collection of lubricants, some leather jackets, gloves and a motoguzzi 350 with spares and and a pile of tools. I've also got about 50 motorcycle mags, including Two Wheels, SuperBike and MTCN.

Non-motorcycle stuff includes some old stereo gear and a bunch of stuff you need to set up your flat including a heap of kitchen goodies, pots and pans etc.

I've also got a large collection of text books, mostly chemistry and physics related, and some unix/linux books...

There are also a couple of Rimu book shelves, a desk and a bar with stools.

There is also a bunch of tramping gear, including a cooker, gaiters, pots and pans, a tent, a walking pole etc.

We're starting Saturday morning at about 7 am.

If you're interested in anything but can't make the garage sale let me know.

Can't be bothered with the hassle of trade me so trying the garage sale route. Anything that's left over will go on trade me, but will probably end up going for more, so if you want the bargains come down early.

    PM me for more details.

    Forgot to mention,

Also got some Sidi verts, size 10 (44 eu). Been crashed in a few times, but still very usable. Would suit someone who's a bit short on cash and wants some excellent foot protection. Cost me over $300. Yellow and black. need a polish. $90 ono.

And also got some Alpine stars SMX boots. Very nice boots still in very good condition cost over $400 new. Red and black, size 39 eu (about size nz size 7.5 I suppose). Would suit a small guy or a chick.... Belong to fraggle...If you're interested let me know.... $200 ono..

    Cheers.

Hope the weather improves for tomorrow.

Also got some large and some small wets. Quite appropriate for the weather today.

Large wets go over my leathers nicely. Leathers are size 54. I'm about 6'1. They're very wind and waterproof, with bright fluro around the top for extra visiblity in rain and fog. Rest of them are grey. Water proof map pocket. Maybe $40 - $50.

The small wets are simple yellow PVC overals. Totally waterproof, but could do with a clean. No rips. Suit leathers size 42 - 44, 5'4. $10.

Can send pics if you want.

    Cheers.

    2 leather jackets. Both black.

One size 54-56. Zips and lining are a bit worn, but jacket will still save your skin in event of crash. Typical touring style black leather jacket. New main zips put in at the cost of $50 recently. I'd be happy with $60 for the jacket.

    Picture below.

Other is more ladies style. Nice old school jacket. Suit lady 5'4 60 - 65 kg. $70

I blew my budget by more than twice, and ended up spending $115, but wow what a great haul. I shall use it all and often.

I still want that welder even though I have no idea how to use it. Did it sell? If not, what price are you after? It's something I always intended to learn to do, I would make my own crazy-pushbikes.
Also the Men's wets, did they go? I will take them too, what's a reasonable price for them?
And some bike magazines to browse...
PM me or call me on 021 268 0447, or 9703366.
Thanks for a great garage sale.
Oh, that Guzzi, may I have that? Also, I'd like the bar. ANd the stereo. And... no not really. Just the welder and the wets.

O dammit! I forgot all about it... Grrr at myself...

I might pop along and annoy you for awhile anyway - just out of the blue... as long as my spongy no good brain doesn't let me down again...
