Is your bike really a 2007 model or just a 2006 one sold this year?
Must have been to early in the morning when I first read this and was thinking you might have been the keymaster but have since worked out your name.
Just cant remember your number but I know its not 69.
Haha! I know who this is!
Latest update I have heard is that there are 'guidelines' that have been developed (Paul Stewart had these at Manfeild but I have been unable to get my hands on a copy) and it will be discussed at the MNZ meeting in May (5th and 6th?).
Anyone going to this meeting?

Can you run different front suspension,in any 650 twin class?
My understanding is that the 650 protwin class rules will be separate from F3 (although run concurrently). The rules for protwin 650 will be as per the guidelines above and they state clearly that you must have the original suspension although some changes are allowed.
"Forks,
a, The front fork inner (slide pipe stanchion) and the
outer (outer stanchion) must remain as per the original
manufactures OEM parts for that homologated model.
Damper Rods, fitment of emulators, springs and valveing
may be changed for suspension tuning purposes.
Complete cartridge replacement with non-OEM parts is
not permitted.
Quality and quantity of oil in forks.
The height and position of the front fork in relation to the
top yoke (fork crown) is free."

Proposed rules for the Pro twins class are on the MNZ website Homepage top left corner under Proposed rules
Yep read the rules for protwin. But are the rules for F3 650`s to stay as they were.As on the mnz site they have " Proposed F3 rules" which limit 650`s further in F3,than they have been in the past, modification wise.Is this still planed for 2008.Must be a overlap in idea`s.
