Besides - you should know that since he was riding a cruiser he was going to go around the corner like an epileptic seal riding a skateboard....drunk.
Never met him before......dont want to really..........wasnt a move at all.......went passed him in a lane he wasnt useing.......and unless he could complete a 90 degree turn in the blink of an eye then there was no way he was going to be in said lane.........fucken hell is this a motorcycle forum or a gathering of retired bulldozer drivers...........

You probably pissed him off cos the TL's sound pretty cool with a good set of cans. Plus the V-Rod is the fastest harley and doesn't sound like a harley.

So I guess, from your response, that you were a fair distance from the corner. Coolio. Sorry.

Unless you really were riding like a dick? But only you and the cruiser rider knows the answer to that. And it sounds like at least one of you two believes you were.

'Street' rod is the fastest stock Harley I've ridden. Quite impressive too.

Well if you want to split hairs. Not much different in the engine .Thought it was more in the geometry. Still a V-rod.

    True, but
USD Forks, Brembo brakes, good cornering clearance (like really good, V-rod isn't that flash), upright ergos, few extra horsepower lower down torque from the tune, bigger fuel cell, sports wheels.

Well, an interesting discussion. Personally if on the open road I wouldn't normally expect to be passed on a corner if it was a single lane, too much room for error = crash if you dont know the other riders capabilities or what his reactions will be = hospital.

Never overtake on a corner, plain and simple. No room for error. Great for tracks, not for open road.

One in a million chance you might hit an oil slick or loose pebble and take both riders out. His anger is perfectly understandable. Unlike the track, on the road, getting to your destination is a hell lot more important than getting there faster.
And the moral of this story is this is what not to do if a bird shits on you.
