North Waeles is a no go now for fast riding.
Four years ago I got a court appearance for doing 71mph on a dual carriageway (in a car) in north waeles. They wouldn't send me the 'evidence' that they'd got to me before the court hearing. The only 'evidence' they would release was a photo of the back of my car. Just the one..
In court, I found out how they'd guessed I was speeding. There was a video camera in the hedge, with a paki on the other end of it, timing people between two white marks on the road. How accurate is that?
The cats eyes are easy to get round. Just remove your numberplate before going out for a ride. And don't stop for coppers..
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.
Yes, well. I know that I certainly wouldn't want my mother to see a picture of me after a high speed accident. That's pretty insensitive alright.
As for the speed limit. For the life of me I don't know why we don't raise it just a little and do what other countries do, which is to post the limit appropriate to the actual road. That is, if there is a segment of road and it's safe to do say, 110, then just post it. If it's not safe, then post it slower.
I know, that assumes people will obey the law. Which they don't of course, but I wish this govt would stop treating us like babies, and using us as cash cows.
