I agree that the whoops are a shit, but the tracks ae quite good.

It does need a fair bit of work thoug. They need to take a digger and go and fix all teh tracks. They must have room to make some new tracks too.....

I don't know who the new owner is or if he even tendered or was interested, but I hope it was someone like John Nic. He has been in there cutting new tracks. There is alot of untapped potential in the bike park. Tight windy tracks don't tend to whoop out much and are the most fun in the park. If you want to go fast in a straight line just go down the beach (or like the guys with the noisy pipes like doing, just go up and down the road next to the carpark ). Saying that, I like the whoops! Just not all day, thats why the tighter tracks like John makes are so much fun.

The 450 has been dumped for a 06 200 exc. better for the forest and less maintenance. Not as quick thru the long open stuff but real good in the tight, What ever happens at woodhill can only be better than it is now.

Great bike, I have one myself. Not much can keep up with the KTM200 in the woods. See ya out there sometime. KTM200 #45, although been riding my RM250 #291 mostly lately.

There were a few tenders from what we understand. Not sure if John would take it on but I'll ask him.

    Who is John?

I like the tight stuff too, but some of the tracks need a bit of work. Big tree roots to trap your wheels and make you fall off..... just need to have a bit of a track change I think.

John is John Nic (Nicholson). Don't think it would be him though as he's got plenty on his plate anyway.

I quite like the bike park at wood hill. Have never had a problem with the woops, (bugger if you get them wrong and they can send you flying).
Most of the bike park is realy good, its just the first couple of hundred meters heading in and heading out of the trails, as every one blasts, along trying to impress others.
Take the first short cut home (because they are tired) and blast back. To the car park. Which recks it for every one, and leaves a bad impression.

power adventures web page confirms that they have lost the operation of the bike park, does anybody know if it's still open or when it changes hands?
