    Wiring help

    whats the minimum wiring I need to make this Honda 3 wheeler go?

    I have 2x everything, but I cant get a spark for the life of me

    but the wiring and the switches are a bit sus, they work ok when I test em with the meter, but still........ someting ain't right

    heres the wiring diagram

    Dont wantta be a pain but have you checked the fuses................?

    lb99, take a little time and redraw the essential parts of the diagram on a seperate sheet of paper.
    Once you've broken the ignition down to it's simplest form, the continuity checks become simple, then you may need to beg spare rec/reg, coil etc 'til you find the defective part. Oh, and check your earths.

    Yeah I did that first, everything checks out, I have tried swapping all of the components, no luck though, really really frustrating

    got one going

    I needed to have a break and a re-think of the wiring, It turned out to me the cdi needing multiple earths, twist some wires togeather and, and it fired up on the first kick.
