300+km in 3-4hours with breaks for learners? Awaiting the binning threads. For what I would call a learners ride would work on an average of 80k/hr. 300k in the 4 hours would seem reasonable but by the time you take in chat stops you would be better working on 5 hours.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

And a side trip to Dargaville all included! If it's all on the SH, I guess it could be doable!

Well he did say you'd have to be comfortable at riding at open road speeds, which clearly isn't 80kmph, you can ride at 100-110 and still be a learner.

Shit, I doubt I'll ever stop being a learner.

if you ride at 100-110km and go round 35k/55k corners at 50/70 and dont speed through towns you will average about 80-85km hour without stopping.

Dont you people have jobs? , you should be suffering at work like the rest of us .
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I start work at 1pm today.

Was a beautiful little ride today out to Maraetai, the water was like glass... not a cloud in the sky!

Now what was it you said? Oh yes, "Shut up and I hate you!" Taunting us that have to face the mindless hordes we call students! Just kicked out most of my class to lunch ... but wouldn't you know it, I got learners who want to keep finishing off their work

Ah well, least I can write them a good report!

It's a short day for me today, the weather is just too good for it, perhaps an "after school" ride is in order? From what I see there's still no clouds and barely any wind.

Anyone keen? Just a quick blat, maybe the infamous Goat Track?
