Whatever you do Frosty - if you do take it off & THEN hurt your wrist again - DONT go back to the same Doc , they WILL hurt you some more & be quite disinterested in your pain. Ohh & the other thing is - Have you painted it Britten Pink & Blue Yet ?

    The new cast

The old one became so loose it was causing alot of grief so back to get a new one.
Now in a flash, well fitting fibreglass cast. Supposed to be red but guess what colour it is.

Hey Frosty - have ya got that cast off yet?? I'll have a beer or three for ya...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Poll was actually started as a joke. He was kidding me about removing it. It is too important to mess around with and he knows it.

Yeah well sometimes you just have to say "NO" to frosty. He'll get over it.

Its no joke and if he wants to race again he will know the right thing to do. Me I have moved on to a new race team. Am sure you will be pleased with that Jorja
