OR....call it quits and talk coily about bikes. Trust me, I'll get more embarrasing stuff on you than you will of me.....given time, bike rides and a camera. And that goes for you too, Mr I-Like-Fingers-In-My-Mouth Spark-Arse.
Now now lets stay on topic shall we......as you have said in the past "it's all about me"

I vaguely remember a little yarn that was told to me about a little BJ coming up from Kapiti way one day, on a very gusty day, pootlin along (please feel free to interject should I get any of the details wrong by the way) when a gust of wind too strong for a little BJ forces him across the road.....and then the distinct smell of poos in the air.

Vague recollections dont count, especially considering the sources of your information would most likely deny such a charge rendering it inadmissible.

Whereas, you're unfortunate moment on the driveway is logged on this site, as was Spark-arses moments personally witnessed.

Feel free to head down here and try and witness some of my future embarrashing moments....if you....or Spark-arse for that matter

    Talking Nice bike!

Traded the VTR1000 in on Saturday for an 06 GSR600. I wish I could keep all of my bikes, but alas, some of us have to make do with one in the garage (not mentioning any names) so the old girl was put to pasture to allow a spritely and unruley youf to swagger into the garage.

Although I miss my VTR, remembering our passionate frolics in the countriside, the smile put on my face by the first spin on the GSR still hasnt left. EVERY corner gets eaten by thing with such voracity I'm almost embarrased for the tarmac. Its a ballsy piece of kit for a tuned down Gixxer, and has plenty of fun for this nana. And thats the key to it: fun. Where on the VTR I was more serious in intent, on the GSR just makes me want to be naughty, leading me astray at each bend and making me want to raise a finger to every car passed.

I'll have to retrain my neck to stop my head flying off at slightly raised speeds (), and at the end of the 600-odd km bringing it back down to Kapiti from Auckland the front of my neck feels like its been given a few good cracks. Oh, and the lid needs a sturdier tug on the strap to stop it getting pushed off me bonce. All stuff forgotten from back in my RD days.

After 6.5 hrs in the saddle, I have to give high praise of the seat as my bum doesnt feel like a catholic choir boy's after "special practice". And the upright posi means my arms and wrists are ready for more, which is lucky as I can use then to cradle my neck and wimper like a little girl.

All in all, I'm in for a shitload of fun. Now I'm going to get into my angus young school uniform, pack my slingshot and me and my new mate are going to go and nick some apples.
Are in the process of selling off the collection at the moment. Nothing wrong with having one bike, although having 11 was cool...

To walk into a garage and have a range of different "feeling" bike to take for a burn would be the ultimate, but alas I bear the ball and chain of an injust institution, the warden of which believe's I'm not allowed to have more than one toy

At least your not in denial on THAT count.

How many brownie points do you have to collect from the 'warden', Mr BJ, for you to go on a ride AND take the camera...that's two toys you know.

Granted....the potential for embarrassing moments is greater in my case....to be expected really...how else am I to learn. However Mr BJ YOUR moments of embarrassment will be of much higher value in the laugher/piss-take scale, and I can assure you they will be treated with the utmost respect/publicity that they deserve

As you have stated.....only time will tell.

I never gave any excuses...nor did I ever let a little driveway stop me riding...or a motorway....or commuting....or weather....or got worried about the clutch....or gears....or throttle....so who needs to HTFU here? Let me know when you want that challenge in the twisties Stirts-Arse.

"I'm not allowed to have more than one toy".....fark me but that sounds pretty much like an excuse.

Anyway for the record......I didn't let the driveway stop me riding....it stopped me from parking in MY garage....still did the motorway ....and commuting , granted not peak peak time but

Anyway enough about me......this IS all about you

I am not the seasoned rider, and I once again refer to Sparky Marks little tale, that yes, I am STILL savouring....just in case you try to go in denial yet again I have kindly pasted it for your viewing pleasure.

"Not mentioning anything to do with being stuck behind 'someone' at the front and centre of 2, now moving, lanes of traffic, waiting patiently for 'someone' to find a 'spark' and, ahem... move along... completely inappropriate... "
