I reckon a woman has lost her virginity when she first has an orgasm with a partner, as opposed to DIY.

Have yet to meet a woman who had that happen the first time they had sex, although I'm sure they're out there . . .

I've met women who don't like sex and felt bloody sorry for them - obviously they have never met the right guy (or girl) that floated their boat. (Not counting the women who have gone through some hideous trauma such as rape, of course.)
