I'm stayling out of this publicly, and if someone would answer their phone, I think they would too.

There's a little much finger pointing going on here without knowing the full facts.

Thanks doonkin for bringing some seriousness to this thread... hehehe

I personally dont think they should have amended this rule. Saving a couple of grand on a 45 thousand dollar bike is bugger all. I dont race superbikes because of the difficulty of getting sponsership for events that are not televised or have poor advertising.

Its in a bit of a vicsious circle at the mo isnt it?

Man we are lucky boomer isnt racing... he would carve up...

He'd be lucky to make it to the dummy grid without falling off

oh thats just bullshit, beat its because suzuki isnt going to spend or do that much to the new dog(K9) and are worryed that there old bikes will be faster, and snice hayden got waxed at taupo aswell lol.
nz super bikes is going to end up like the world SBK but unlike in the world sbk's it wont be ducati making the rules it will be suzuki!
they should only make that rule for new bikes and not old bikes, its kinda like holden stops making V8's and gets the rules changed to say you can only have a V6 or something, whats going to happen to the people that just brought a 2nd hand car and or cant afford to change the the motor to a v6? they either stop racing or race somewhere alse! shit this is nz, our super bike races arint that big, we dont want to have more people that dont race beause they cant afford to change the engine parts because of a new rule that came out 2years after there bike was built!

    MFSC lives on!
