    Guess I can ask now..

Have you ridden a newer 750? How do they compare? does the srad still have respectable handling?.

Just asking cause i'm considering one.

SRAD's are fantastic for there age. I found mine to be very easy to ride fast and very comfortable on a cruize. does a ride to the petrol station count as a cruize?

Great bikes, strong as an ox mate. Mine was still going hard after 3 Mair's and mikey so that must say some thing.

Mine's sooo modded it's hard to compare to a stocker, it handles bloody fantastic for it's age, a bit big feeling after the newer stuff but not too bad, ask anybody who's been in the fast group at Taupo trackdays (or races) with me how competitive a srad is......
My mates 600 is still stock, and that's not bad, they don't turn as quick as the newer one's, and again are quite big feeling in comparison, but again not too bad. And they don't break when ya crash 'em like the newer stuff.
If an srad's what ya budget allows, don't be shy, they're a bloody fantastic bike.
    I'm really gonna miss mine

Good to hear. They sound like a lot of bike for the money. Best looking 750 of that age too.
