Good ride last Thurs. despite the grim forcast we had dry roads.
Went and rode some new roads for a change.
Better when the sun is just going down for the sunset views.
Roll on Spring.
Atheism and Religion are but two sides of the same coin.
One prefers to use its head, while the other relies on tales.
Me and a mate want to join the famous Thursday night ride this week, few questions....
How well are they attended this time of year? Is it doing to be us 4 and no more or a decent number of bikes?
Is the route shortend due to light / weather conditions?
Well, you won't be lonely, always a few police and crash recovery people just around the corner...
Its diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; its life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
..so everyone sticks dutifully to the speed limitalways a few police![]()
Totally random how many turn up at this time of year. Not shortened, it's all in the dark anyway.
Yeap shes a good ride in summer 50 + bikes...
in winter anywhere from 1 to 10...
just depends... alot of people are to knackered after work or just general rubbish weather...
don't speed. there are long straight and the local coppers are well onto this ride, they seem to have backed off as people are being more sensible...
but it only takes one person getting pinged at a silly speed down a straight and they will be on it like shit on a blanket.
good bunch of people to ride with also, its good to just enjoy the ride rather than attract cop trouble.

Sound like fun.
Does anyone have enough google maps skills to draw out the normal route or is there a map somewhere?
hahahaa the everest of optimism mr. ginger.
HAHAHA...
Na no map... would make things way to easy...
the guys detail how the pointer system works in the rider brief... so if everybody plays nicely no-one gets lost...
unless your name is steve and you are the lead rider...![]()
Out to lunch
Really? In the dark? I will make sure my bike is full of gas...pointer system works...![]()
