I've found them very helpful and proactive. My partner and I bought our gear through motormart and we didn't want to risk stuffing up fitting the tinted visor insert.

We brought the helmet and insert into the shop and they fitted it on the spot. Didn't harass us for receipts nor act like (some people do) "you are a nuisance" atttitude.

    I recommend them.

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

And the service you got from the other bike shops in Wellington? Did they all get back to you within the hour? I'd be interested to know how you found the customer service at Motorad for instance. Not having a go, just shit happens sometimes, I'm usually pretty happy if someone gets back to me the same day, in fact someone ringing me back before I have to chase them up is usually a bonus I find.

Customer Service Is Very Good At Motomart

Having purchased my Hornet in August 2007, the bike has been regularly serviced there, and with 36,500km of riding well that is a few service intervals and several tyre changes.

From receiving invitations to Track Days, and product launches, to just walking in to browse at the bikes and in the accessories area: I have found Dave and Martyn at the counter excellent and very helpful, ordering items in for me when needed. Out in the workshop Tony and Robert and the crew out there have always taken care of Charlie Bravo Nine Zero Zero, that even the boxing kangaroos on the Givi screen and swingarm are smiling when I come to collect my bike after a service.

Pat has brought this business a long way in the past 2years, well done Pat and the team at Motomart - Lower Hutt

    Heads Up and Enjoy

you might like putting up with crap service but I dont, When im told someone is going to do something I expect them to do it, Especially when there is thousands of dollars involved. I have spent well over 20 grand in the last 6 months on bike's and gear and whoever gives me the best service I will keep going back. simple as that, Why give someone your business if they dont want it?

Which is exactly why I was so keen to post about Motomart - I've been into most of the bike shops in central Wellington and have never experienced excellent service - in fact I was beginning to get rather pissed off with the poor service level I'd experienced until I visited Motomart.

    EXACTLY

dave_a, shops get busy. Believe me, I know. Call backs are very important, but the person who walks in the door always jumps the line!
Happens in my work too, and my customers don't even buy stuff off me..... and they expect (and are entitled) to walk out with a half million dollar engine.... So your 20G is nothing.

Anyhow, PM Sparky if you have an issue.
Don't waste your energy complaining on the net when it appears you did nothing about it.
If YOU knew the tyre guy would be back in 30 minutes... then was it too hard for you to dial the numbers instead?

Lesson is, you had one job to do. Motomart probably had 50 on the go....

Mate thats a bunch of dribble coming out your mouth.

sure shops get busy, I needed the tyres done on the day and let him know that, no callback means they just lost 2k of business. simple as that.

and also you have no idea of my job so please before you post just think first.

Of course if you're trying to imply that having "tits" was the reason for my experience of good service then it just doesn't make sense - if my magnificent mammary's had been the reason for the good service I received then surely I would have had a similar occurrence at the other bikes shops in Wellington I have been into?

I'm sorry to say that in my view your argument is flawed and your reasoning just doesn't correlate!

So your saying you have big tits but they didnt help this time ????
