    Could have with that about this time last year....after seeing to a bottle of Rum in an afternoon, I slipped and fell hard in the rain and damaged my left Roto-cuff??? or whatever the hell its called, took about 6-7 months to come right....

    Rotator cuff, and 6-7 months is not a bad recovery time. Mine took 2 years.

    Yeh, the bee-otch of it is, it's a small muscle in your shoulder (you have 2 or 3 of them going 'under' your clavicle) but the stability of your shoulder relies on them, and they are very fragile and difficult to strengthen in exercise but easy to hurt.
    Just cos you can....don't mean you should!!
