Ive noticed a small leak at the bottom of my left hand side shock, On my 96 Honda Dio, It has the oil 'Tinge' to it(the shiny reflection of oil on the ground), My suspicion is the suspension dampening oil inside it, Ive included a picture for posterity

I think your suspicion is correct. I'm not sure if this shock is servicable or not but I imagine that it is a replaceable part rather then servicable.

Call your local Honda dealer for parts or EconoHonda in Te Aroha as they are cheap as bro for replacement Honda parts. Another option is Scootling in Auckland, Andreas is the king of the Dio...
