I think Murray pretty much goes out EVERY sunday. Usual time (11am) usual place. Looks like today might not be too bad.

Lift passes that day where free so was jus $20 to get the board (student prices mind) $25 petrol money and $10 for fish and chips in Timaru at dinnertime.
Cant remember what the prices are for Mt. Ruapahau. Look it up online, youd be expecting to pay about $80 for a day pass though.

haha bling sent What was the official "base" score for this? There looks like some little peepers every so often. Is that Broken River? I've always heard that place gets some powder.

I would give you more bing for the t but of course it doesn't let ya.

    How about a medal...

The offical base is 90cm. On the trails youd be getting that, if you go for a walk up the edges it gets less naturally. The field was Mt. Dobson, one of the 20odd skifields down here. Its about 60kms inland from Timaru. I dunno where broken river is

Long term forecast looks great for Sunday (21st) so if anyone interested lets look at doing this route. leave Hotel at 11.00 (allows for frosts etc to dry out). Can meet at Hotel if $10 breakfast wanted at 9.45 and just talk some crap until 11.00 for those interested!!
