Gosh I thought I was special lol.

Some people just dont see themselves as complaining/crying about things. They might honestly think they are just making a point about something that has happened to them in their short life of riding.

My thoughts on this. Well seeing as you asked.

Maybe as they are only learning and have been told what to do and rules to follow they still haven't created their own views on things. Then as they go out into the real world where it's not black and white like the book, they see others doing something they were told not to do so they feel annoyed / confused (or whatever) that someone else isn't doing what they should. Over time we develop our own skills on movement through traffic and how their bike handles through corners, in different weather situations etc. By this point we know that (or are learning like me) people do ride differently and it's a case of each to their own. Maybe, something like that, all in all who knows. Meh
I may be slow at getting things but..... no wait I'm just slow.

If you don't like their complaining/discovering, don't read the thread. Just let people who can be bothered reply to them! S'all good.

I'd rather them complain about different aspects of riding than complain about numerous crashes due to not raising their questions.

It's not just the newbies who've got trouble getting that bit.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Everyone just stop for a second.....

    Right.... Have you stopped??

Take a look back at all the posts in this thread.
This is the prime example showing what KB has become.
A place for people to come and vent and moan about what they think other people are doing wrong.

    Who cares!?
Just ride your bikes, post how cool your last ride was and forget the rest. Its not worth worrying about seriously!
Who cares what everyone else is doing or thinking about you.
    Have a happy weekend people.

This is KB mate! there's plenty of "wise old timers" out there prattling on too, if you dont like it there's always the option of turning the damn computer off and going for a ride instead

Yes we do. We all ride different bikes, some harleys, some sports bikes, some motards, we use different gear, and ride at speeds of differing legality, some use bikes only for commmuting, some as an occaisional weekend toy. One of my friends has never had a cage licence (in his 30's) and swears he never will. Some of us go to rallies, or do toy runs, some dont. We all have a different purpose for having the bike we do.

Im just saying that there are all the comments and complaints on here because newbies get the idea that 'bikers' is a particular stereotype to which we must adhere, and dont get it when they see otherwise.
Bikers are a group as diverse as any other, and in time, as those newbies meet more riders and get more experience, they figure that out, they sort out where they fit into it all, and eventually surround themselves with the type of riders who are alike them.

Not wanting to push any particular barrow here but you see exactly the same thing in all sots of factions of society. 3 examples that spring to mind are Christians, lesbians and amway salespeople.
In all three cases they are bubbling over with their new found "thing"
In all three cases they are indignant that the rest of the world don't see things as they do.
In all three cases those that have been there, done that andstill doing it give the same sort of advice as we give the newbee bikers.
Lifes not fair and not everybodys into your "thing" So get over it and enjoy it.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

That's profoundly true, and funny as fuck.

I wonder how many people realise, just how similar all the minority groups are in attitude. If we all teamed up, we would likely form a majority instead.
