    Duplicolor paint outlets?

I own two rattlecans of Duplicolor paint, one is silver wheel paint and the other regular black enamel paint and the difference between the septone shit etc I've bought beforehand is night and day.
Does anyone know where I can buy duplicolor other than repco? Their selection is rather limited.
Could try the other repcos around the place I suppose.

Tried a few already, couldn't find any.
Or if anyone has other spraypaint they would highly recommend?

Don't buy that stuff, that's for painting lawnmowers and wheelbarrows.

Go to Mt Wellington, on the corner of Great South Rd and the South Eastern Highway (actual address is 898 Great South Rd). Colourworks. They've got all the pro stuff there. They mix up perfectly colour-matched cans too.

I think it's the `Propak' system or whatever that I used to paint the Cub.

Ask them, they can probably get other colours in.
Duplicolour is what I use as it seems to be very good paint in a good can for not alot of $.

Without considerable assistance from myself,Plasicote would be out of business long ago.I'm partial black....satin is my favorite, but silver is near the top of my list too.

I figure considering my complete absence of skill, might as well get the best-quality paint, primer and clearcoat... make my life easier and give a reasonable result despite all the cock-ups.

That's painting yourself into a corner - you need to be able to blame the paint,or the nozzle,or the primer,or preferably on KB,you blame the salesman for selling you such good paint when it was obvious you were a bad painter.

You can also try Autocolour. They have an outlet on Central Park Drive, just off of the Nth Western M'way.
Specific colours can be matched if required, and put into a "rattle can" if you do not have a spray system.

any good autocolor shop will match it and transfer into a can if they have that
service Im an auto painter by trade and imo the only way to go for finish
and durability is 2k but if you have little skill in the area , the can and 1k/dulon is your best option . Test it and practice first on something else, and on plastic or fibeglass you should always use plastpac primer down first if you sand though to the raw product before priming and finishing, thats the most common reason paint flakes off .

I'm looking at doing the complete prep prime paint and clearcoat thing for my fairings, still need to decide on what colour. Was thinking of a nice darkish blue, the bike is faded black right now. So colour matching isn't an issue here.
I'll have a snoop around at some of these places.

color is the hardest choice, just finished my bike and i found looking in the motorcycle trader/ kiwi rider or the net gives you plenty of ideas.
some colors date a bike while the right one can make it look younger.
