    g'day.

this is new to me so you'll have to forgive me.

i am currently working on my first bike, a 80 model cb250rs with 40,000ks on it i bought from my neighbour for 200 bucks.

i runs sweet and starts first kick, it just needed a quick tidy up, but as i took things off i stated to notice other thing and the next thing you know i have a completely naked frame sitting on my workbench (lol)

so as the story goes i have decided to modify it (slightly) in the ole cafe racer vein.

if anyone has any ideas, rants, raves, suggestions or just wants to chew the fat, you're more than welcome.

    cheers, Kimey.

cheers, i have read a few threads on here regarding caf's, what i am going to try and do is modify the parts that i have and try to use standard parts from as many other bikes as i can, to reduce costs.

i am also going to theme the beast, i was thinking very tastefully themed

i"m probably not doing this in the right place, but i would like to find out if the xl250s alloy swing arm will fit an cb250rs without any major modification.

Modify it? You better talk to Xwhatsit on KB.

Seems every CB250RS owner wants to modify the bike?

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
