    Yeah, gotta do something with my mufflers. Also want to get a seat cowl at some time - about $190 new.

    Apparently very easy to do yourself. A 38mm (I think) metal hole-saw and then some wiggling. Very loud though. There's a thread somewhere on Ozfirestorm: http://ozfirestorm.proboards.com/index.cgi

    We have a clever engineer at work who used to make mufflers for a living...

    But don't you have to re-tune the engine because of the change in back pressure?

    That would depend on how much programmed compensation the ecu has I would expect. Will run leaner otherwise

    Shit it's cold out there! Took the Tiger downtown for the usual and even with the mangrips it was nippy.
    It's only Rock and Roll but I like it
