    Ryan at Roys Hill buckets

Sunday was the first time I had used my new bike after only being able to complete a few laps before breaking the gear lever in the last round and apart from there being very limited grip I like the change to a lighter bike.
The two practice sessions quickly taught me how much grip the tyres had and it wasn’t much, the cold wind probably didn’t help much but it got a bit better during the first race.
I didn’t get off the line too well in the first race but held third place for most of the first lap after that one guy went passed me followed by Tyler and another guy on the third or forth lap. Every time I tried to go a bit faster either the front or back tyre would skid out which would only slow me down but finished the race in 6th closely followed by a wellingtonion.
In the second race was much the same except Tyler finished BEHINED me but only just, I thought he was going to go passed me on the last lap so I tried going just a little bit faster which actually made me skrew up pretty much every corner but he still didn’t get passed so that put me in fifth place.
In race three I was on the outside of the grid and got a good start pushing through to third until the hairpin where I was pushed out wide putting me into fifth then I was passed again in the second lap in the same place. I tried to get passed him on the next left turn and did but only briefly.
We had a few unofficial races at the end of the day. In one of them I started on the outside of the grid and tried to pass people on the outside of the first corner but instead I went to wide and ended up riding the next straight on the grass leaving me in seventh as I waited for a gap to come back onto the track.

Good to hear about the buckets, sounds like fun.
Wouldn't be racing if it wasn't for:MotoMart, Pirelli, EBC Brakes, Ripecoffee.co.nz, Slotmedia.co.nz, Totalbodyshop.co.nz and Wurth

True, the GLs sem to go quite well and remain reliable.
Find the thread Nudemetalz has made about "Lady P" or lady Penelope to see what he has done to make his rgv framed bucket handle better.
