Oh, and "someone told" you about that tactile feel, huh?
Sounds like a case of "Doctor, I have this friend who..."
But it's not a joking matter really, there is that kid in - where else but - the USA who shot his mum and dad because they took his FPSRPG from him. His mum died, but his dad survived.

So, any good deals going on Hya... Hyo... Hyobusas?

to ride at NASS (to keep it on topic).
Because he is one messed up individual (I'm using my nice language here). Basically the kid in 'nucking futs'! Kids can be expected to get upset when they don't get what they want - but there is a range of normal behaviour, then there is that kid!
Back to the topic of 90° tyre valves - when I bought my rear tyre I asked at Haldanes about swapping to the 90° valves because I couldn't get a tyre inflater thingy (sorry to get so technical) onto them. The bike mechanic guy said that he didn't recommend them because they could more easily catch on something and rip out - which would be bad. Has anyone ever heard of problems like that? Anyway I ended up sticking with my normal tyre valves and bought a new tyre inflater thingy with a flexible stem that I can get onto my valves OK with some effort - now I can adjust my pressure whenever I want.
