...blast from the past dug up thread...

    I just got my best milage on 900 hornet - 18.665 Km/L

Thats using BP 98 octane petrol, staying up to 4000 rpm at all times on a mixed 2/3 open road/motorway and 1/3 city riding.

Yet to do a full open road test to see the milage then, that will be intereting

edit: also yet to do a test with the 91 and the 95 octane to compare with the 98 octane. will post up results.

I get about 12.5km per litre out of my GSXR1000 - every bike is gonna be different, and each time you ride will be different, unless you are a 100 km/hour rider

The R1's a shocker - about 8.5l/100km = 11.7km/l = 33mpg (UK gallon). That's commuting though, it's way better on the open road. Not that flash, a lot of cars do better. Mind you, they don't get the caning that the R1 does.

The SVS usta get 22-25 km/l. With a Two Bros can on it, that has dropped to 20-22 km/l. Take more out ya hafta stick more in...but I still like the Two Bros...
