What do you think, yes or no? Stats here.
Wouldn't mind using it as a tag line for the site and for advertising.
Anyone know the sales stats (actually sold, not just printed) for the various NZ biker mags?

Spelling correction needed in title....
Been attended to...whew!

New Zealand? Best damned motorcycle site on this planet.

350k visits a month. I'm guessing Trade Me's motorcycle section would still be much busier.
You would need to find out the circulation for some of the printed media as a comparison.
But overall, very impressive!
Not really. Scan data is available but Subscriber numbers are closely guarded by each publication.
Apart from that - I enjoy friendly relations with Shayne, Paul, The Mad Scotsman and Mr Owen. We travel and ride together from time to time. Publicly quoting un-audited sales figures would be a pretty good way to end 'em I suspect. You'll find me in a ditch beside a test track with lots of tyre marks.
'Spose it is, but I always considered KB a social networking site more than motorcycle media. It's one of the busiest bike sites on the planet isn't it? Let alone NZ.
KR site is growing steadily but I don't think there would be anybody close to those web numbers.
The fact that such a high % of them are from GI Joe is regrettable.
Wouldn't take off, IMHO.
I think one big reason for KB's success is the geographical proximity of its users. It's not just an 'internet thing'; it's a communication tool for the NZ motorcycling community.
The same effect was observable in the late '90s on uk.rec.motorcycles. Contributors all knew / rode with each other and their posts reflected that.
Murkn and Aussie bike sites run into the problem of users who can't interact in meatspace due to excessive geographic dispersal. Ergo, they become 'just internet things' and don't take off the way KB has.

Even people from Latvia look at KB. Latvia. FFS.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
