). Ill leave it for someone else now, I give up on that one. I couldn't have been that far off though, theres not that many single laned roads around wellington that have street view.

well ive been streetviewing since lastnight on this one...
its a hard one indeed, not many places drop back down to one lane like that

i thought it was this one

but looking closer it doenst quite have the same features, and wuzzards has confirmd with his post earlier

I will have to wait till this arvo when the wife gets back from work, either way the im going to feel as guilty as hell after Wuzards run at it - Im thankful to cloggy for putting it within everyones grasp but would never have imagined the lengths the dedicated might go to.

wouldn't worry about that 1, the whole point of the game is to get out riding, think wuzard would agree

besides, don't think it takes much to convince him a ride is a good idea

and yeah I think more clues are needed, so far all I know is its 35-40km from cloggys place, a narrow road, and not akatarawa road.

i have some inside info.....i am ruling myself out of this one.
Dont think about the type of road it looks like but think about what we need to build a bridge over.This is a significant feature in the wellington area.(not the bridge but the item we are bridging)google satelite view is very helpful

Also it is not too far of the beaten track. All of you would have been within a couple of hundred metres of this bridge just going about your business at some time not even realising this was there.
