Curry lovers try this.
Had an Aunty pass this recipe on to me,its beautiful.1 kilo topside/blade or rump steak,brown floured meat in oil add 1 large onion sliced,Tbs curry powder,1/2 tsp Corriander,1/2 tsp cumin,1/2 tsp Cardamon.Add 3/4 Tbs brown sugar,juice of a tin of Apricots,2 tsp (powder)Maggi chicken stock,2 Tbs tomato relish,1 Tbs grated ginger,1 Tbs of sweet chili sauce,1/2 tin coconut cream,3 peeled tomatoes,salt/pepper.Simmer for 1-1/2 hours (slowly).remember to cut the meat into quite small pieces.Enjoy.Anyone else have any good curry recipies,please add them on here.
