Heck you can't be part of the Manawatu scene unless you're a latte offianado,so I was told when moving here,now firmly entrenched in the scene lol.A ride here isn't complete unless a coffee stop is planned,in fact I think the coffeee is planned first and ride worked around that.

Leaving Ashhurst at about 10 tomorrow morning if the weather is ok, Valley east road to kimbolton then on to Mangaweka if the weather holds Ill post by 9.00 in the morning to confirm

Met a guy from hunterville today riding a Vrod who is keen to catch up and go for a pootle

Grotty out there this morning, windy and cloudy with the threat of rain towards the hills. Monie isnt fussed on riding in the wind, not sure if i want to either, Anyone still keen?

Therewill hopefully be branches across the road and all sorts of windblown crap to make the ride memorable. I would turn up but would feel out of place as I don't have heated grips.
