Thread: Anyone goin to Sandpit this Saturday?

    Yeah I'm taking Dad's trailer. Still humming and harring though... never driven a trailer before, and I'm gonna look bogan as driving a matt black 80's Fairlaine??

    Driving with a trailer is sweet as for reversing well thats another story...
    What day you planning on going? We're still deciding where we're gonna ride but it will be on Sunday

    just try to get there at 9 so you can get a park where you can not have to reverse and you'll be fine.

    ahhhh that was my wee plan today - also being a non-reverser, and some blocked me in ........ lucky for me was just a case of going backwards in a straight line, and then being able to turn easily enuf

    BEWARE some new patches of gravel have been laid in random spots on the road out to the sandpit, and they are pretty high in comparison to the level of the rest of the road........if you have a low trailer like mine I would advise you to slow down. I was in such a rush to get out on me bike I didnt even think about it.....lol slowed down pretty quickly when the trailer hit it tho

    We might be out there Sat Sammikins - would be cool to put a face to the name.....

    cheers have to watch that next time im out there might rip off the front of the car if its that bad to catch a trailer.

    haha you beat me to it. got to be one hell of a trailer doesn't need to be towed.
    Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

    Whats wrong with looking bogan as? Reversing a trailer really isnt that hard, youll learn quick with cars either side of you

    Saturday was choice, tried some new tracks that I neva done before, LOTS of puddles, managed to make it through the afternoon without wasting myself, Yusssss!!!!
