It's only Rock and Roll but I like it
It is all part of the adventure.
Once apon a time I rode through national park in the snow. It was so cold I couldnt feel my arms, legs or face. Bike was sliding all over the place and I think I managed to get to 30k/hr a couple of times. I was quite young (not that I am not now) and I learnt more in the 3 hours of riding than I could have imagined. Mostly I learnt to check the fucking weather forcast before leaving.......

I know how you feel T .. been there & done that .. if its a constant strong wind its easier to ride than gusts that blow you around suddenly. however babe yes you can add it to the experienced list and when you do upgrade to a heavier bike its not as bad as the lighter 250's
I know you feel your confidence has taking a bashing but once you realise you did it & got back home safely then its definitely an accomplishment, doesn't mean u have to like it but you have done it .. on ya chick![]()

And here was me, thinking at the time, you would probably growl at me for getting too cocky with the take off.
I did manage a little more than 30ks, even got up to 100 in the sheltered bits. Was making sure there was nothing comming up behind me for the corners though. Pulled over a few times and let the cars way back catch up and get past, so I didn't have to worry about them too.
That's the last time I spend all that time in the kitchen cooking you toasties for tea.
On a serious note, I think I could do with a few pointers (and some more experience) before I take on wind gusts like that again.
That's fast for a Honda..........
No, you're thinking of Triumph.......
OK then, still plenty of good corners up that way eh![]()
