Some people I just don't understand.

Today I was in the cage, a pedestrian who was sprinting towards the road from my left for quite a distance, Tall chap, quite adult. 50km/hr area, He got closer and closer to the footpath as he sprinted and I swear he was not going to stop !!!

I had two options (Brake and Pray) or Swerve... So I Swerved and got around the idiot, honked after wards (That was my weak moment)

His weak moment was to have the nerv to stand in the middle of the road and pull the finger..

I do not understand ?, I more than likely saved this guys life as he put me and others at risk on the road.

I just pray that he grows some common sence to not point finger at me at fault or what not and report my plate. It's usually these pricks that get away with it.

    Anyone had that happen ?

    Rant over *Catch's breath*

Well I do find it quite amazing that pedestrians in Tokyo display uncanny similarities with Aucklanders.

IME: Most Aucklanders don't know how to cross the road. Ask anyone from anywhere else int he world!

I had enough restraint to keep driving after I hit the brakes when I had seen the finger go up...

He was a tad bigger than me anyways :P and what difference would it have made to an idiot hehe.

You forgot about your third option Leyton

Stay your course, gently accelerate and brace for the bump
Arguing with an Engineer is like wrestling a pig in mud.

After a while you realise the pig is enjoying it.

Should have run him over! Removes the problem, it wasn't your problem (didn't have enough time to brake...), and it's a story...

Hey btw weren't you the one that got his R6 stolen a while ago? I see you've got it listed, and what looks like a new picture. Did you get it recovered?
