    CBR600 for sale

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=233882618

1991 CBR600F2. Think its a 91. It's a PC25 600 FM. Originally UK import. Rego label says 90 but these bikes weren't out till mid 91 so I have no idea how sometime in its past the date of reg has been confused. Anyway..................

Great step up from a 250.
    Still looks great.
Last service had new cam chain, valve clearances etc.
Pilot Road 2's with 90% tread.
Has at some point had a respray and is now black and silver. (Think originally it was green/black/pink combo).
    New Warrant.
    Reg till end of August.
    Great looking bike.
Tail tidied. Aftermarket indicators with rear fender romoved for a sportier look.
Always well maintained and serviced. Never missed a beat. Good 2 up as seat is a good size.
Had 1 small lowside at Taupo. Small scuff to stator cover (i have a replacement one ready to put on).
See my profile for pics. Screen replaced after lowside. I have some recent pics and will upload them soon.

Bike is running great since service and forks done. George from MC Doctors has advised it could do with a new cam chain tensioner at some point, not urgent but will need it soon. I've just ordered an APE Manual CCT from OZ and will put it on b4 sale so bike will be 110%. Have all recent service history

    Okay....
    Technically it is a 1991.
First of the F2's and released in September 1990 onto the world market for the 1991 year.....
See the Red wheel one is a FN, and was released in September 1991 for the 1992 year....
This is how the Japanese model year system works....
Creates many arguments for Post Classic Racing, I tell you......

Anyhow, nice looking bike... Just kicking tyres myself, and a bump for you.

Yes it is a tidy bike, Jamie has spent heaps on bringing this bike up to the standard it is and will make a good cheap and reliable scoot for someone. I guess if anyone is looking for a good reference check in with Motorcycle Doctors he knows it well.

The f2 is a great old bike , ive got the 90 f1, the last before your shape.
They bumped up the hp to 92 up from 85 in 1990 . There were no f2s
around when i got mine or i would have been keen on this . The m/cct
is a must do on the old cbr for any regular spirted riding . A fresh auto one can have the dreaded rattle come back in a matter of weeks.
