You are all cheap skates. Go and buy your Rad guard like I did and pay your share to support some poor hard up OZY to feed his family. Mine was part of the new bike deal but suppose I paid for it in the end. Come on, do your part you lot and stop making things in your sheds………. FFS

Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

Steve the buggas have new kit in those vans . Works on a very low power off frequency K band so most detectors will struggle now , no more half a Km warning
To have any chance you have to turn K band and POP on , at least you get to hear every automatic door again !

Unlike the speed cameras that we have been used to (which operated on the Ka band frequency) these new cameras operate on a low frequency K Band signal around the 24.085GHz range (normally K band radar is 24.150GHz).

Because of this “off” frequency point and a very low power output, detection is difficult for many radar units. Those without pulse detection systems are unlikely to give any warning. Those with K POP detection will give some warning range that is variable depending on what side of the road the Camera Van is parked on.

I told him to crank it up but he was nervous. So he took the cautious approach.

Thanks for the info Dave. I will reset the x50 today for the weekend. I think my boy has his eyes on the SV for a ride with the girl thing on the back. Not many door openers where I live and ride. Just turn it off in town. Cheers mate.

I have done a few k's on Patrick’s one. You gota get really low to make the 100k mark and there is a bit of me to tuck in behind the front but it can be done. Good on you Tony but don't give it a warrant cos it belongs to Rob and he is nasty to zuki's
