Must be very trusting of the people (or himself) that put him on it!
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

Neither the bike nor the place appeal to me. I prefer value, 06 Tiger and Otematata! (Read: I am a cheap bastard)

    >>Otematata<<

Ahh - the night I spent in Otematata. Just hanging around outside the barber's shop watching haircuts till the power went off. Those were the days.

Actually - I was telling someone the other day - when I first moved to Tasmania the radio used to go off at midnight. TV was done at around 11pm and radio not long after.

I'd just moved from Sydney where nothing closed - ever. You could still get a Burger at 4.30am.

The Barbershop, it closed in about 1970, I had forgotten we had ever had one!

But of course you jest, you were never here in those "good ol'e days"!

Oh yes, (sigh) the good ol'e days, just got my registration for our wee Toyota Townace truck, $398:45!

What a bloody rip off, $302.32 ACC and it hardly ever goes on the road!

I had the priviledge (owners words not mine) of riding one of those (last pic)Trumpets from Naseby pub to Palmerston yesterday, though getting on in years i revelled after disembarking from it that no am not ready to give up real motorcycles yet.Over the Pig Route it made me think "this is how an Austin Princess owner must have felt".Glory Days eh.
