    Question Oil sticker; translation please?

This is the sticker on the side of my bike near the oil filler cap.
Can somebody please let me know what this means in English?

Top one is oil capacity if engine was completely dry, next one is oil change amount with oil filter replaced, bottom one is oil capacity if you replaced the oil but no filter.

    Thank you mate, much appreciated.

Also another question you may be able to help with; what happens if an engine is run with excess oil in it?

That depends somewhat on how much excess oil.
A little over is not too bad, might reduce power somewhat due to rotating parts having to churn through more oil.
Lots extra can cause issues such as force oil past the piston rings.
A mate of mine in his school days did an oil change in his car and didn't know how much oil to refill. He overfilled it by quite a bit and the thing was like a steam train. Clouds and clouds of smoke out of the exhaust. We drained the excess and the car ran good as gold afterwards.

Can be hard on oil seals and cause them to blow out due to excess pressure, pretty much what other guy said.
