yea weathers looking shit this weekend...
but if i had a dollar for every time they screwed the forcast.
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

    Snapped gear linkage.

Patched it up with zip ties and insulation tape to get me home.

I think Tim was more likely dreaming about the sexy liquid silver FZ1 in at AFC... Someone told me it's a really nice bike and you know what? I believe them..

It took a hit when I dropped the bike over a year ago, but wasn't picked up until the 20,000km service.
Maybe I'm just too hard on it, as it snapped the ball off the gear shaft mount leaving the thread inside.

Pics show previous damage i.e. Bent linkage shaft, impact on lever and the last is the ball that snapped off.

I also heard the bike is cursed, just like Christine, the bike just reappears in the bike shop after another owner has had it.

The stunningness eminating for the liquid silver machine will draw him to it as soon as he steps foot in the shop...

In all seriousness though the Z1000 is a nice bike, very very small though.

You at this cursed angle again... It's no more cursed than your bike or any other... You should have taken it for a ride when you were looking at bikes, you'd be riding a liquid silver FZ1 right now and you'd "understand".

BTW, who's this Christine? Is she hot?

Guess that would stand to reason as even with all the crash knob gear would have hit the levers anyway ?
