Does this stalker cop give fines for learners doing 100k's? Still debatng weather or not to wear my L plate.
I would recommend you display your plate and ride at 70kph as required. In a nutshell the ATNR isn't suitable til you have at least your Restricted. Can you afford the fines / demerits if you were caught?
$400 for not displaying an L Plate
$400 for not complying with the 70kph conditions

maybe you should stay away from sh16? haha na just kidding its a good road, I used to go up sh16 and back down every 2nd weekend and have only been pulled up once for overtaking on that notorious straight on the hill close to wellsford.
maybe you get picked on more than others :P
Thanks for the comment
Not the answer I was looking for though, does he have a history of pulling over L plate riders doing 100kms or has tt never happened? Does he just pull people over for no reason?
I could afford to pay the $400 fine, but I don't want to afford it.

He was riding a bike. And you can smell skidmark from a mile off.
He pulled a person over for riding below the speed limit. Turned out they were on their restricted and riding a 600cc bike. If you come with the L plate, and exceed the 70kmh limit you are live bait bleeding in the water. If you come without it and get caught you'll probably get tickets for both offences.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.
It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
Atheism and Religion are but two sides of the same coin.
One prefers to use its head, while the other relies on tales.
