There is certainly scope for some advanced activities as long as new riders and those that need / want basic skills training remain the primary focus. I'm sure there are more than a few people willing to contribute to make this happen.

Haha Toto, didn't you get enough practise for the hairpin on Sunday?
What speed did you get "The Hooligan" up to down the back? You was looking smooth. Any moments?
And yes, your ass did look big when you tucked in, if you were wondering.

Absolutally loving it.... it's a thirsty bike, but the feel when you get up in to the power band is phenominal.. so rewarding !

Took it to the track day at Puke at the weekend, and it was no slouch (my riding perhaps was, but the bike wasn't...)

It's a very smooth to ride bike, so for me, a perfect step up from a 250, but still plenty of personality to keep me interested for a while yet ! ... The other good thing for me, is they're not particularly common, I've only ever seen a couple of others !

Definitely an advanced activity that one. Given the ease with which bikes seem to be dropped with regular E-braking!

I'm keen to try those big four-cone figure eights - throttle control exercise designed to practice keeping bike nice and stable (chain pulling) through easyish corners. Roll on...roll off...roll on...roll off...wax on...wax off...

And TOTO I have another low speed manouevring exercise which is low risk and
    good for all levels.

This exercise was done by Dawn to great effect, with a variaton to it though.

Instead of emergency breaking, then cornering (Which as mentioned above, can be difficult). A instructor stood behind the row of cones and at the last minute either pointed to the left or to the right, meaning the rider had to have quick enough reactions to go either way.
Woe to You Oh Earth and Sea
For the Devil sends the beast with wrath
Because he knows the time is short
    Let him who hath understanding
Reckon the number of the beast
For it is a human number
Its number is six hundred and sixty six.

FOR SALE: '88 Yamaha FZX 750, low k's and decent condition. Looking for around 4.5K. Drop us a pm, view it any time. Oh, and trades considered for cruisers or naked sporties.

Yep that's also a good countersteering exercise which they do at RRRS. We talked about it last week, it's finding the brave person to stand in the way and point that's the problem!
