Yeh that a lower profile side wall which will help reduce sidewall flex.
60 series represents side wall percentage of tire width.70 series is touring profile.60 series is more race orientated as far as rear tyres go.
the 120 60 front will fit your 3inch rim also. Not sure what his reserve is but under 2hundy would be great value.

Just a note on the whole top speed thing, I'm sure it is a bit over and irrelevant to the real theme of this thread but I have to add my bit.

It is very likely chaos got his up to an indicated 178.
I had My GSX250 up to an indicated 190 in a sprint event, that was just over a real ton.
The RG150 indicated over 190 for a real top speed of under the ton.
A mates 636 indicated 290 and was going more like 260. This sort of error is very common.

http://www.cliffhanger.org.nz/ has results of cliffhanger sprint events, it makes interesting browsing. Oh, and thats is Mossy1200 on the cover page.

And I make a gsx750e look like a pocket bike LOL.Top speed was around 160ish but it felt like 300. 13second standing wasnt to bad for 1978 stock motor with damaged valve.

So My LC speedo only reading 8 or 9 km high is preety good, Good old quailty Yamaha speedos aye .
The only real way to tell is at a properly timed speed event

And buy those tyres chaos, they will transform your bikes handling so much, GPR70s are the same (earlier code?) as GPRa 10s

That is good. They may travel quicker than the claimed 140 when run in and run in.160 true speed on a gt250r would be a legend result with pipe etc.
I would bet that geared down slightly could make them faster.Peak rpm in top would be easier to achieve.
