Isnt gravel,but its a narrow very tight road in some places....its worth a look,its hard to beleive after a few minutes that just over the hill is Wellington.If you have time go right out to Makara

Jiminy mentioned it months ago, but my bike must have been out of action at the time; I didn't take much notice, and forgot about it. But then I found it again last night, and it sounded just my kind of thing

not a repeat be aware the map is now two pages,we are pushing 300 tags....

Yep; saw that, checked both

Actually that wasn't the tag I had in mind when I set out - but when I got there, I wasn't convinced my bike was going to withstand the wind while I got the pic, so I had to find somewhere else. I'll have to save the other one for next time ...

Apologies for the riders far far away, but I didn't feel like braving the wind tonight. No gravel or private road, but possibly a few fishes and a kayak or two nearby (especially on Thursdays).
