where opinion holds more weight than fact.
It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
Im competing with a race spec 09 R1 in the winter series and other later model R6's and have finished infront of them on my 06 R6, my bike seems to have longer legs than the GSXR750's too! the write ups reakon that the 06 R6 was an average road bike but a fantastic track bike...i conqur with this assessment
I honestly dont think i would swap my 06 for a later model at this stage, but we will see next year muhahaaaaaaa.

Sorry Sidewhinger.....let me just rephrase my last post because maybe it came across a little baised towards Yamaha R6's and a little bolshy.
What is was actually trying to say was Suzuki GSXRs can suck my Yamaha's big purple dick.
This is a Yamaha masterbation thread after all.![]()

I must admit i took my mates 750 out for a spin at Manfeild a couple of weeks ago and my 600 felt like a pig handling wise compared to it, the Yamaha just screams tho i love it!
