perhaps another clue would help get it found, a 14km radius around ashurst is a big area to be looking for gates

Clue might persuade me to head out for a look also if it narrowed the search area somewhat.

Right! I can only find three places where it goes from seal to gravel at about 14km from Ashhurst. They're pretty spread out but I've got nothing better to do and the weather is looking okay. Anyone keen to head out trolling for gates?

yeh I cud come along, had a breif look myself for gravel roads round ashurst, but cant really tell with google maps
