Carver is totally entitled to legal defence. We all are, all that's happening is a friend of his is going into bat for him. I'd like to think I have friends that would do the same for me if there was a cause they believed in

If people want to contribute they can, if not - don't. I don't believe it was a ever a complicated issue and the usual KB BS is simply complicating things (although it could also be rarking up the supporters thereby getting Carver some additional support funds).

The guy pulled a fun, non harmfull stunt, taking as many precautions as he could to do it well and right

Sigh.....if no one got prosecuted just for the fact that no one got hurt then there would be problems. It is for the times where someone will pull a "harmless" stunt and some one does get hurt.
