Well, I thought I'd better test the bike, to make sure it's ok for tomorrow... so popped over Vinegar Hill, into Bulls for Kebabs (Jabies Donner Kebabs, best I've ever had sober) and back home.
The bikes ok!

All this talk of demerits got me thinking(yeah,yeah)I knew I had dropped 20 and had 20 left,knew ticket was got around October.Turns out they go on 4th October,back to zilch touch wood.That 2 years just flies(tui anyone)even with only 40 it only took another less than 20km(both were for +14km over)to get to 60 or more points.Having said that the radar detector in the car has worked a few times,mostly in 50 and 70km zones.
